Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Victoria, Australia.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed; we will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.

Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post.
Shipping costs are calculated in AUD at checkout based on your delivery zone and the weight of your order.

• Delivery Estimate: 6 to 27 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
